Customer Service Representative Tech Support

The Customer Representative will provide technical problem resolution the customers by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
The support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Some solutions may require follow-up, research, or escalation Level 4 Team for further troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Representatives will perform related work as required.
