Customer Service Rep
Description
This role is responsible for receiving inbound calls from people looking to apply for, seek information, or update on their application for the emergency renter’s assistance program. This position needs to be able to express empathy, acknowledge the callers concerns and follow with a genuine willingness to assist. Practice active listening and follow the provided scripts and adapt, when needed, to ensure all doubts are addressed.

Monday to Saturday
Work Hours
8:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. CST
Salary
$3,305 pesos per week

Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (Spanish and English). Bilingual at a native level.
  • Excellent soft skills, call control and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to adapt to constant changes and keep a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under key performance indicators
  • Good with follow ups, time management and scheduling.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Contact center sales experience is great plus.

  • Requirements:
